Eligibility:
You must be eighteen or over to register as a member of or use this site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years old (or 21 years old in any location where 18 is not the age of majority) and you are interested in and wish to have access to visual images, verbal and written descriptions, and audio sounds of a sexually-oriented and frankly erotic nature. Termination:
Mylovecamz usage and/or subscription fees were provided to you upon registration and may change from time to time upon electronic notice to you. Mylovecamz reserves the right to terminate your access to the site for any reason or no reason. Mylovecamz may terminate your membership upon sending notice to you at the email address you provided in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If Versus Invesment LTD terminates your membership in the Mylovecamz service because you have breached the Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees. To use or get access to some parts of Mylovecamz you need a sufficient balance of credits, purchased from us and allocated to your account. We do not guarantee that you will be able to access or use all parts of Mylovecamz or the content with your credits and you agree Site shall have no liability to you whatsoever for any such inaccessibility or for fluctuations in the amounts of credits necessary for access to parts of Mylovecamz or content. If you have not logged-in to your account in previous 180 days, then we reserve the right, in our sole discretion without notice to you, without waiver by us, and without any liability to you, to charge you in the following month(s) an account maintenance fee of $1 per month or, if less than $1 remains in your account, the remaining credit. The account maintenance fee will only be deducted from the credits remaining in your account. (Neither your credit card(s) on file with us will be charged, nor will you incur a negative balance.)

Proprietary Rights To content
You acknowledge content including, but not limited to, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in this web site, may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You may make a copy of this content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way content available through the web site, including code and software, with the exception of public documents such as agendas or meeting minutes.

By posting content to any public area of Mylovecamz, you automatically grant, and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Versus Investment LTD and its members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information, rights of publicity and Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such information and Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. As a visitor to Mylovecamz, if you provide us with your e-mail address via a registration process or post it on Mylovecamz, you thereby authorize Melovecamz.com and its affiliates and any entities that Versus Investment LTD becomes involved with or merges with, the right to use and/or sell your valid email address for any marketing programs or communications with you. Versus Investment LTD. will take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the site or service and terminating the membership of such violators. Password Security:
You are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Website. Access to and use of the Website is through the use of a password. You must keep Your password strictly confidential and You agree that if You share Your unique Login name and/or Your Password with another individual or entity that Your access to the Website is subject to immediate termination without notice or reimbursement of any kind and You are responsible for all fees incurred.

Fraudulent Use Of Card:
You agree that as a Member, You must promptly inform Mylovecamz of any and all the following: loss or theft of the payment account used to pay for Membership to the Website or other goods or services obtained in, at, or through the Website; changes in the expiration date of the payment account; changes in home or billing address; apparent breaches of security regarding Your Membership, such as loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password; and all other changes pertaining to Your payment account used to pay for services pursuant to this Agreement which may affect Company's ability to expeditiously obtain payments due to Company. You agree that You will remain liable for any unauthorized use of Website or any of its services associated with your Membership, until You have notified Company's Customer Service as to any of the aforementioned.
